一、系統組成/ System composition
本系統主要由液貨艙的液貨監測系統(包含貨艙壓力、溫度、液位傳感器、高液位報警及溢流報警探頭等)、泵組溫度監測系統、貨泵進出口壓力監測系統、艙底水監測系統以及氣體探測系統構成。

二、主要設備技術參數及功能描述/ Main equipment technical parameters and function description
2.1液貨綜合監測報警控制臺/ Liquid cargo integrated monitoring alarm console
本控制臺可兼容220V和24VDC兩組電源供電,并具備任一失電報警提示功能;

本系統集合了所有需要監測報警的數據并進行顯示和報警,做到了集中監控并有效的將危險區域與安全區域分離開,大大提高了設備的安全性和穩定性。系統采用電腦顯示模式,高位高高位報警系統獨立方式。

2.2 高位高高位監測報警系統/ High and high monitoring alarm system:
主要利用磁性浮球對干簧管的吸合與斷開來控制開關的通斷以實現對液位高度的報警。根據艙底高度設置95%和98%兩個報警高度值,液位在相應的報警值處時,控制系統將發出指令啟動報警設備(聲光報警器)進行報警,以起到提示作用,保障安全。
The magnetic float is mainly used to draw and disconnect the reed tube to control the switch on and off to realize the alarm of liquid level height. Two alarm height values of 95% and 98% are set according to the bilge height, and when the liquid level is at the corresponding alarm value, the control system will issue an instruction to start the alarm device (sound and light alarm) to alarm, so as to play a warning role and ensure safety.
2.3 貨倉壓力監測報警系統/ Warehouse pressure monitoring and alarm system:
基本原理:壓力變送器選用進口壓力芯片,敏感元件采用擴散或離子注入等工藝形成電阻并連接成惠斯通電橋,用微機械加工技術在電橋下形成壓力敏感膜片。當壓力作用在膜片上時,電阻值發生變化并且產生一個與作用壓力成正比的線性化輸出信號。我們在惠斯通電橋上加上直流電源,就會產生一個直流電壓信號的輸出。經過二次轉換線路,實現兩線制4~20MA輸出。(本產品通常與液位高位及溢流報警器一體設計,使得產品結構更為優化,同時減少用戶安裝成本)
Basic principle: The pressure transmitter adopts imported pressure chip, the sensitive element adopts diffusion or ion implantation process to form resistance and connect to Wheatstone bridge, and the pressure sensitive diaphragm is formed under the electric bridge with micromachining technology. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and produces a linearized output signal proportional to the applied pressure. When we add a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, we produce an output of a DC voltage signal. Through the secondary conversion line, the two-wire system 4 ~ 20MA output is realized. (This product is usually designed with liquid level high and overflow alarm, which makes the product structure more optimized and reduces the installation cost of the user)
2.4 貨倉液位監測報警系統/ Warehouse level monitoring and alarm system
液位測量主要采用兩種方式:浮球液位計和雷達液位計測量方式。
There are two main ways to measure liquid level: float level meter and radar level meter.
浮球液位計主要由信號轉換電路及傳感器電路組成,傳感器電路有磁性開關串聯電阻形成不同阻值輸出的阻抗電路,當外界介質帶動浮球位移時。浮球中安裝的磁鐵會控制磁性開關進行分斷的動作從而使得出接的電阻接入電路造成總體阻抗的變化,再經由后端的檢測放大電路輸出標準的信號數值發送給終端設備從而轉化顯示相對應的液位高度。
The float level meter is mainly composed of a signal conversion circuit and a sensor circuit. The sensor circuit has a magnetic switch series resistor to form an impedance circuit with different resistance values. When the external medium drives the float displacement. The magnet installed in the float will control the magnetic switch for breaking action, so that the outgoing resistance is connected to the circuit and the overall impedance is changed, and then the standard signal value is sent to the terminal device through the detection and amplification circuit at the back end to transform and display the corresponding liquid level height.
雷達液位計是基于時間行程原理的測量儀表,雷達波以光速運行,運行時間可以通過電子部件被轉換成物位信號。探頭發出高頻脈沖在空間以光速傳播,當脈沖遇到物料表面時反射回來被儀表內的接收器接收,并將距離信號轉化為物位信號從而顯示液位高度。
高/調頻非接觸式雷達液位計更加適用于漿料、瀝青、原油等高粘度液體及顆粒料的物位連續測量,適用于對溫度壓力變化大、腐蝕性強等惡劣環,本身的非接觸式結構,使得本款產品使用壽命長,精度高、可靠性強而且設備體積小、重量輕,安裝方便,易于后期維護。
Radar level meter is a measuring instrument based on the principle of time travel. 2.5 貨倉溫度監測報警系統/ Warehouse temperature monitoring and alarm system
溫度傳感器的主要原理就是主要通過PT100電阻信號傳輸,通過電路板使得電阻信號轉換成電信號,實現溫度的測量顯示。
