機艙監測報警系統主要用于探測主機等各種設備閥置開關量的報警。如水、油、氣的超溫超壓,水、油液位超限,電網絕源等。如果參數越限,則對應指示燈閃頻并伴有聲光報警,按消音鍵聲響報警停止,報警指示燈變平光直至報警消除為止。

二、功能/Function
本監測報警系統,分為采集顯示板和延伸顯示板。

采集顯示板功能:采集無源開關量信號,經內部電路處理給指示燈顯示及報警,并輸出485通訊信號給延伸板及VDR單元。

4.1調試程序、方法及注意事項/Debugging program, methods and matters need attention
4.1.1一般檢查/General Inspection
本系統在船上安裝完畢后,應做一般性檢查。/Ordinary examination should be done after finishing the onboard installation of this system.
4.1.1.1接線是否牢靠,有無接線松動。/Whether the wire connection is firm, and whether there is loose.
4.1.2功能檢查/Functional Check
本系統送入電源,電源指示燈應點亮,表示電源接通。/The system is fed into the power supply, and the power indicator light should be on, indicating that the power is on.
4.1.2.3試燈:按動試燈按鈕,該設備面板上所有指示燈均應點亮。/Test lamp:Press the test light button and all the indicator lights on the device panel shall be on.
